Refund Policy

Please use our self serve return app,  located in the footer of the website.

We have a 14 Working Day return policy, which means you have  14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase(Your delivery note included in your package, on the event that this has been misplaced, please include a note with your name & order number, so this return can be located)

DISCOUNTED ITEMS  Any items bought through a discount code up to the value of 50% will be eligible for an exchange but NOT A REFUND. On your returns slip, please ensure you detail wether you would require a item exchange or if an store voucher is required. Any items bought on or after the value of 50% will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and the item will be sent back to the customer.  

Exchanges  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period  Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pre-Ordered Items Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash refunds on any Pre-ordered items, these items are only eligible for Exchange or Gift voucher.

Shipping Fee’s We’re unable to and are not obliged to cover return postage/shipping costs. As a small business we are unable to absorb these additional costs. You will be responsible for the postage/shipping costs for returned or exchanged items.
